Spend and give with charity credit cards

If you are thinking of switching credit cards then why not consider one of the many charity credit cards which financially help a good cause whilst giving excellent benefits?  There are currently over 50 different charity credit cards to choose from so there is bound to be at least one organisation which you feel could do with a boost in funds. 

Charity credit cards are issued in partnership with major credit card providers so the card holder receives the same standard benefits as any other applicant.  These can include 0% balance transfers, no annual fee, purchase protection and online account management.  In addition to these benefit’s the card holder usually gets to choose from a selection of credit card designs with the logo or artwork of the relevant charitable organisation. 

The charity can receive money from the credit card issuer by either :

	A fixed donation when the credit card account is opened
	An annual contribution for the duration the account is active
	A percentage donated every time the credit card is used for purchases

Having seen the incentive and ease of funding via credit cards, many major charities have been keen to work with credit card issuers.  NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Relief, Battersea Dogs Home and the RSPCA are all but a few charity credit cards available.  Helping your favourite charity, with no extra cost yourself, is now as easy as switching credit card providers.
